These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aa66 ("aa66", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at aa66.io. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the aa66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Eligibility Requirements

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. Deposit Terms

Currency and Conversion

All account balances on aa66 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by aa66 for BDT transactions. If you deposit using a card issued in a currency other than BDT, your card provider may apply a foreign exchange conversion rate and associated fee — this is outside aa66's control and is your responsibility.

Anti-Money Laundering

aa66 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. Any transaction that appears unusual, inconsistent with a player's declared account activity, or potentially connected to money laundering or fraud will be escalated to aa66's compliance team. aa66 reserves the right to freeze withdrawal requests, suspend accounts, and file regulatory reports where required under its AML obligations. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified or pending-verification aa66 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Funds

Prohibited Practices

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the house is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Collusion between players in any multi-player game — including live poker variants — is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• Placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts (arbitrage play intended to guarantee a return regardless of outcome) is prohibited where it is determined to constitute systematic exploitation of aa66's odds rather than genuine speculative betting.

By using the aa66 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any obligation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• You will only ever hold one active aa66 account. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify [email protected] immediately.
• You will not use the aa66 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• You will not attempt to access another player's account, interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, or conduct any form of denial-of-service attack against aa66.io or its associated systems.
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and notify aa66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You will not make chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests in respect of legitimate deposits to your aa66 account. Any fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and may be pursued as a civil or criminal matter.
• You will engage with aa66's customer support team in a respectful manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at aa66 staff will result in account suspension.
• You will not publish, share, or commercially exploit any content, software, images, or data derived from the aa66 platform without aa66's prior written consent.
• You will use aa66 for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation of aa66 services — including running the platform as a proxy for third-party players — is strictly prohibited.

You may request closure of your aa66 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours during normal BST operating hours. Any verified outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, subject to identity verification having been completed.

Closure for Responsible Gaming

If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — aa66 will process the request as a priority and apply additional safeguards to prevent re-registration for the duration of the self-exclusion period you specify. The minimum self-exclusion period available through aa66 is six months. During a self-exclusion period, aa66 will suppress all marketing communications to your registered contact details.

Closure by aa66

aa66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormant account laws.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that make it necessary for aa66 to terminate the account.

Where an account is closed by aa66 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Deposits made in genuine good faith will be returned subject to compliance checks and any applicable legal obligations.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). aa66 will send a notification to your registered email address prior to classifying an account as dormant. A monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. The account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of this fee. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the aa66 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or device damage, or the cost of substitute services.

aa66's aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aa66 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that the results of any game or betting market will meet your expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aa66 makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits aa66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aa66 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, agreements, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the aa66 platform and your use thereof.
